Terms of Service:

MintyCosmos:

  • can refuse any work(s) she is not comfortable with at her own discretion.

  • reserves the right to advertise the work online and use as samples for other works unless notified by the Client to keep their commission private.

  • will not resell the commission any further unless the Client breaks any of the terms established in this contract.

The Client:

  • is allowed to upload the commissioned artwork to any website and/or social channel of their choosing.

  • must provide credits to the model artist and rigger.

  • is NOT ALLOWED to rent out, re-sale. redistribute, or sell multiple copies of your commission. If they plan to do so, please contact Minty Cosmos about commercial pricing first.

  • is NOT ALLOWED to alter Minty Cosmos' work without permission, or feed Minty Cosmos' work into AI.

Rush orders & NDA:

  • Rush fee based on time before deadline date and based on the order type.

  • Minty Cosmos may use the art as samples or to advertise her abilities. She may also stream the art while working on it. The client may pay an additional fee based on the commission type to keep the commission private, so that only the client, Minty Cosmos, and her manager knows of the commission.

Revision Policy:

  • Major changes after flat colors may incur additional fees (this fee may be waived if it is something mentioned in previous messages to Minty Cosmos)

Commercial & Merchandising:

  • Merchandising fees available.

  • Personal use includes: Posting on socials with credits, using commissioned work as thumbnails, for streams, etc.

  • Vtuber model commissions are commercial grade for use and advertisement, you may use it for streaming, making videos, and posting on your preferred social platforms.

How to Commission:

  • Send me the details of the commission as well as your reference(s).

  • Choose between payment 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the rest before I send the file (additional plans are available depending on the type of commission).

  • Please wait until I confirm before sending any payment.

  • Payment methods available are Wise (my main transfer method) and Ko-fi (for paypal and stripe).

Delivery:

  • Final product will be delivered AFTER full payment is made.

  • All products are digital, there is no physical product.
